Privacy policy

This policy explains how InfiniteXpanse, LLC handles information about the people we correspond with. It applies to this website and to the telephone, email, and text message correspondence our staff conduct.

What we collect

We collect only what someone gives us directly in the course of doing business with us or with one of the companies we support: name, business or personal contact details including telephone number and email address, and the contents of the correspondence itself. When you use the contact form on this page, we receive the name, email address, company, and message you enter, and nothing else. This website does not use advertising trackers, sets no cookies, and does not require an account.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to enquiries, to carry out and administer the business relationship, and to meet our legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us operate — for example our telephone and email providers, our accountants, and our insurers — and only to the extent they need it to perform that work. Those providers are not permitted to use it for any other purpose. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Mobile information

No mobile information — including telephone numbers, opt‑in status, and consent — is shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt‑in data and consent are never shared with any third party, and are excluded entirely from the information sharing described above. This information is disclosed only to the telecommunications provider that carries the message on our behalf, which may not use it for any other purpose.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence and business records for as long as the relationship is active, and afterwards for as long as our legal, tax, and insurance obligations require, then we dispose of it securely.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to us using the contact form, the email address listed above, or the postal address above, and we will respond within thirty days.

Text messaging terms

InfiniteXpanse, LLC uses text messaging on a limited, conversational basis only. A message is sent by a member of our staff, from a business number, in one of two situations:

in reply to a person who has contacted us first, or
in the ordinary course of an existing business relationship — for example, arranging a meeting, following up on a service request, or answering a question that person raised.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. We do not operate a text message subscription list, we do not send automated campaigns, and there is no messaging program to sign up for on this website or anywhere else.

Frequency, cost, and opting out

Message frequency varies, because messages are part of a conversation rather than a schedule. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
